New York, NY – Corporate attorneys from the New York office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. closed an $11 million initial public offering for Vringo, Inc., an Israel-based provider of video ringtones and mobile personalization solutions for mobile devices. The firm.represented the underwriters, including lead underwriter Maxim Group LLC, Chardan Capital Markets, LLC and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., Inc. in the transaction.
