Boston, MA – Brian Dunphy, an attorney with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., is one of 12 individuals selected to participate in the Boston Bar Association’s 2010-2011 Public Interest Leadership Program.
This prestigious leadership development program, now in its eighth year, selects individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to public service, pro bono and the Bar. Participants take part in a 12-month program during which time they attend workshops with prominent community leaders, participate in group projects and meet with local organizations to understand the problems facing these groups.
Mr. Dunphy is an associate in Mintz Levin’s Litigation and Health Law practices, and is a member of the Firm’s Health Care Enforcement Defense Group. His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation and health care matters including health care fraud and abuse issues, SEC investigations and complex business disputes. Mr. Dunphy also advises clients concerning state telemedicine and prescribing laws. He received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
