Mintz Levin Represents Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in $15.2 Million Financing

New York, NY – Mintz Levin attorneys Joel Papernik, Todd Mason and Avisheh Avini represented Cyclacel Pharamceuticals, Inc., a New Jersey-based biotechnology company, in its previously announced private placement to sell approximately $15.2 million of its units to several institutional investors, including the Special Situations Funds, for net proceeds of approximately $14.1 million after the deduction of offering expenses.
The financing was completed on October 7th.
Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. develops oral therapies that target the various phases of cell cycle control for the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases.
