New York, NY – John M. Delehanty, a member in the New York office of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will be among the panelists of the 27th Annual Joint Patent Practice Seminar being held April 27th at the Hilton New York.
Mr. Delehanty, who practices in the Intellectual Property and Litigation sections, will be speaking on the seminar’s ethics panel about the ethical implications of the recent amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. He is considered an expert on legal ethics and professional discipline having served as Chair of the Committee on Professional Ethics of the City Bar and Panel Chair of the First Department Disciplinary Committee. He is also an experienced mediator and arbitrator and a Distinguished Neutral for the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution.
Mr. Delehanty is an active member of the AIPLA and the NYIPLA. He served as a member of the AIPLA Amicus Committee and is a frequent speaker on intellectual property litigation issues at AIPLA meetings. He was the founding Chair of the Internet Law Committee of the NYIPLA and is currently a member of the NYIPLA Board.
