New York, NY – Stephen J. Gulotta, Jr., Managing Member of Mintz Levin’s New York office and head of the Corporate & Securities Section in New York, has been named a “2012 BTI Client Service All-Star” in the annual report published by BTI Consulting Group.
Attorneys honored as "Client Service All Stars" are selected for inclusion based on unprompted recommendations by nearly 250 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and other large corporations. According to BTI, these attorneys "impress corporate counsel with a keen understanding of business issues, thought-leading approaches to legal services and total commitment to client needs – an astounding feat when also tackling shrinking dollars for outside counsel and growing client expectations of law firms."

He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, telecommunications, consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, and sports and entertainment. He brings special expertise to the representation of investment banking firms in connection with their representation of clients in M&A transactions.
Mr. Gulotta was named a New York Super Lawyer in 2011. In addition to serving as Managing Member of the New York office and head of its Corporate & Securities Section, he is a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee and Lateral Hiring Committee.
