Joseph Lipchitz Revises MCLE Superior Court Civil Practice Jury Instructions

Joseph Lipchitz, an associate in the Litigation Section, has revised four chapters in MCLE's recently published 2003 supplement to the Superior Court Civil Practice Jury Instructions. Joe co-authored these four original chapters that provide jury instructions for claims of: employment discrimination,defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Joe's practice focuses on business and fiduciary litigation. He also regularly represents clients in complex commercial litigation involving business torts, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, and unfair and deceptive business practices.
