Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced it closed the 2nd largest real estate transaction in Boston's history, the sale of the 1 plus million square foot State Street Financial Center office tower at One Lincoln Street for $705,375,000.
Mintz Levin represented a partnership of State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, The Gale Company, and Columbia Plaza Associates in the sale of the office tower to American Financial Realty Trust, a Philadelphia based Real Estate Investment Trust.
