The firm ranked 9th nationally among law firms representing underwriters of municipal bonds, having served as underwriter's counsel on 14 municipal bond issues with proceeds of $2 billion. In addition, Mintz Levin ranked 10th nationally as negotiated bond counsel, having served as bond counsel on 18 issues with proceeds totaling more than $3 billion.
