Mintz Levin Advises Globe Specialty Metals, Inc., in its Acquisition of Stein Ferroaleaciones SA

Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. is listed on AIM, the London Stock Exchange's international market for smaller growing companies. Stein Ferroaleaciones SA is a leading producer of high-purity silicon metal and high grade silicon-based alloys.
