Boston, MA - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. - a full-service, 480-lawyer AmLaw 100 firm with offices throughout the U.S. and in the U.K., announced that it represented Chiasma, Inc., in its $44 million Series C financing to fund clinical testing and develop technologies for the enhanced oral delivery of proteins and small molecules. The financing was led by MPM Capital, a global investment management firm focused solely on life sciences investing. Shibboleth served as Chiasma's Israeli counsel in the financing. Chiasma is a privately held company based in Boston, MA with a research subsidiary in Jerusalem, Israel.
