Francis X. Bellotti and R. Robert Popeo Named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly List of Influential Judges and Lawyers of the Past 35 Years

Francis X. Bellotti and R. Robert Popeo of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. have been named to the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly list of the 35 Influential Judges and Lawyers of the Past 35 Years. The list appeared on September 24, 2007 in the publication's special 35th anniversary issue. The 35 lawyers and judges on the list were singled out for their significant impact in the legal and political arenas in Massachusetts over the past 35.
Mr. Bellotti is Of Counsel in the firm's Boston office, practicing in the Litigation section. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, he had been a prominent figure in the Massachusetts legal and political communities for nearly forty years. Mr. Bellotti served as Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1975 to 1987.
Mr. Popeo is the Chairman of Mintz Levin, a member of the firm's Policy Committee, and a Member in the Litigation section. His distinguished legal career in the public and private sector spans three decades.
