• Take Exit 57 to merge on to CT-15 South toward I-91 South / Charter Oak Bridge / New York City.
• Take Exit 86 to merge on to I-91 South toward New Haven / New York City.
• Take Exit 17 to merge on to CT-15 South.
• Take Exit 52 to merge on to CT-8 South toward Bridgeport.
• Merge on to I-95 South / Gov. John Davis Lodge Turnpike toward New York City.
• Take Exit 8 and turn right on Elm Street.
• Elm Street turns into Grove Street.
• Take a sharp left on Prospect Street.
• Take the first right on North Street.
• Take a left on Summer Street.

From the South (from NYC)

• Take Exit 14 on to I-95 North / Cross Bronx Expressway / West 178 Street.
• Stay left to merge on to I-95 North.
• Take Exit 9 on to the Hutchinson Parkway North.
• Stay left to merge on to the Hutchinson River Parkway North.
• Take Exit 6 to merge on to I-95 North toward New Haven (portions toll).
• Take Exit 8 and turn left on Atlantic Street.
• Atlantic Street becomes Bedford Street.
• Take a left on North Street.
• Take the first left on Summer Street.
• 707 Summer Street is on the left.
