Antitrust

Mintz Levin’s Antitrust practice spans the full spectrum, including:

We represent Fortune 500 companies, joint ventures, small businesses, and not-for-profit entities in global antitrust and competition-related matters.

In addition to the over 100 years of combined antitrust experience of our most senior antitrust practitioners, several have held important positions at the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and at the Federal Trade Commission.  Among our members is a former Chair of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and a former Regional Director of the Federal Trade Commission.

Federal Regulation

Mintz Levin attorneys also have significant experience interacting with both the executive and legislative branches of government.
