Our most senior antitrust practitioners have decades of private practice antitrust experience.  Several have held positions in antitrust enforcement agencies and have had leadership positions in the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. Federal Regulation

Mintz Levin attorneys also have significant experience interacting with both the executive and legislative branches of government.
