Our attorneys are well-versed in the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy, and have arbitrated numerous domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization and the National Arbitration Forum. We have advised our clients on issues relating to keyword and sponsored link advertising on search engines, as well as challenges to brand protection posed by social media sites.

We have appeared as IP specialists on Court TV, commented on IP topics for national newspapers and radio outlets, and testified at hearings before state legislatures and the U.S. Congress. In addition to serving as faculty members at trademark, copyright, and IP seminars worldwide, our attorneys have contributed chapters to IP books and treatises, and regularly publish articles.
