Having taken class actions to trial, Mintz Levin attorneys are prepared to address each class action on its merits, rather than viewing settlement as the sole means of resolving class action litigation.  We’ve shared our expertise at national panels on class action litigation, and members of the firm’s Class Action Working Group co-author the Class Action Law chapter of Annual Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation, the prestigious annual publication by the Litigation Committee of the ABA Business Law Section.
