This approach also allows us to transition effectively from negotiation to litigation when that becomes necessary.  The majority of our environmental litigation is driven by federal Superfund and state cleanup laws. We represent clients in enforcement actions by environmental agencies, and in both prosecuting and defending lawsuits against parties who may have been responsible for contaminating a site.
