Credit Enhancement
We are experienced with virtually all forms of credit enhancement, including letters of credit issued by a variety of banks ranging from foreign, triple A -rated commercial banks to small, domestic savings and loans, as well as bond insurance issued by all the major active insurers. We have substantial experience representing various parties in these transactions and have structured a wide variety of forms of credit support, ranging from fully collateralized letters of credit to liquidity arrangements involving stand-by, conditional lines of credit and stand-by bond purchase agreements.
