Bee’s practice includes all employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters for clients ranging from multinational corporations to small businesses, executives, and individuals as well as family-based immigration matters.
She has practiced immigration law exclusively since 1996. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Bee was an attorney at a law firm in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where she focused on employment-based immigration matters. She previously practiced in the nonprofit sector with Greater Boston Legal Services and Casa Cornelia Law Center, where she focused on family-based immigration matters and clients facing complex removal/deportation issues.
Bee serves as adjunct professor at Boston College Law School, teaching Business Immigration Law, and is a frequent speaker and author on immigration issues for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
