This Mintz publication, authored by Robert Sayre, discusses The Patent Act of 2005 (the "Act"). Introduced in the House of Representatives as Bill H.R. 2795 on June 8, 2005, it contains changes to the law that, if enacted, would represent the greatest change in U.S. patent law since passage of the Patent Act of 1952.
