Chérie is a member of the firm's Policy Committee and is Chair of the Communications Section for the firm. She devotes her practice to telecommunications law and Internet-related transactions, representing a wide range of clients, including competitive local exchange carriers, integrated communications providers, Internet service providers, voice over Internet protocol service providers, applications service providers, satellite carriers, wireless carriers, trade associations, and large users of telecommunications and Information services.
Angela is an associate in the firm's Washington office, practicing in the Communications and IT Section, where she focuses on counseling competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service providers, information service providers, wireless providers, and cable companies. Angela routinely counsels and assists clients with interconnection negotiations, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and broadband issues. Angela also advocates on behalf of clients in connection with matters before the Federal Communications Commission, state agencies, and state and federal courts.
