Thomas S. Crane reviews applicable laws relevant to the self-disclosure of overpayments and violations of health care laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute.  In addition, he analyzes the variety of strategies that need to be considered in making a self-disclosure.

He is a member in Mintz Levin's Boston office, where he co-coordinates the firm's Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Corporate Compliance practice group.  He is nationally recognized as an authority on fraud and abuse.
