The standard, "Assessment of Vapor Intrusion into Structures on Property Involved in Real Estate Transactions," is intended to address an inconsistent approach to vapor intrusion. It provides a tool for ruling out vapor intrusion or addressing further assessment in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner.
