Webinar: Tracking Labels: Why? Which? Who? When? What? How?

On Friday, August 7, 2009 at 12:00 p.m., Quin Dodd, of counsel in the Antitrust and Federal Regulation Section, conducted a webinar entitled “Tracking Labels: Why? Which? Who? When? What? How?” detailing Section 103(a) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), commonly referred to as the "tracking labels requirement." He discussed this important new provision, which requires manufacturers and importers of children's products to place tracking labels on those products and their packaging.
