Ellen Janos, a member in the firm's Health Section, will speak at the 2004 Annual Financial Management Conference on topics related to operations and best practices for association financial managers. The conference is co-sponsored by the Foundation for Home Health and the New England Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association, and will be held at the Massachusetts Medical Society in Waltham, Massachusetts, on November 16, 2004.
Ellen is a member in the firm's Boston office and coordinator of the firm's Fraud and Abuse and Corporate Compliance Practice Group. A significant portion of her practice involves providing comprehensive fraud and abuse services to health care clients of all types, including hospitals, long term care facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturers and retailers, home care companies, physician organizations, and transportation providers. Ellen also specializes in providing risk management and liability advice to health care institutions in the areas of quality of care, incident reporting, privacy, patient confidentiality, and physician credentialing.
