Health Alert: CMS Issues Final 2007 Medicare Part D Formulary Guidelines

On March 27, 2006, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued final drug formulary guidelines for the 2007 contract year. CMS reviewed public comments received on the draft guidelines and made a few key changes, which are highlighted in this publication.
