Health Alert: CMS Issues Proposed 2007 Part D Guidelines on Formularies and Enrollee Transition

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently issued draft formulary guidelines for calendar year 2007 as well as guidelines for Part D plan sponsors regarding the transition process for new enrollees. Comments on both documents are due no later than March 6, 2006.
